Policy

At Sticker Genius, we strive to provide high-quality custom products tailored to your specifications. Since each order is made specifically for you, we have a few guidelines in place regarding returns. 

Due to the custom nature of our products, all returns and refunds are at the discretion of Sticker Genius. We approve returns/refunds for items that were defective or created in error during production. If an issue arises, please contact us immediately, and we will work promptly to find a solution.

We recommend requesting a Sample Pack of our materials to test the compatibility of our adhesives on your surfaces. Failure to test could lead to print failure and not sticking. An adhesive not sticking to a particular surface is not considered defective. 

We will not offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for custom orders, nor will we be held responsible for damages or improper application by a third-party installer.  We recommend using a professional installer who is 3m certified.

Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise, or not what you ordered, you must contact us here within one week of delivery or by logging into your account.  Select the tab that says “Support Conversations”. Click on the order in question and submit your request. Our Team will notify you via email with updates. 

We do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as were previously used for shipping the merchandise.  If the original packaging is not available, please use a similar protective packaging. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped to be eligible for consideration. 

Cancellation Policy

An order may not be canceled once it is “In Production”. If the order is still in the preflight, orders can be cancelled with no fees. If it has reached the proofing, graphic design, or file setup stage, it may be canceled and subject to a Proof Fee of 15% of the order total.
