Custom Projects & Quoting
The first step is to enter the dollar amount that you were quoted when you were chatting with one of our Stickologists via phone or email about your printing project. This is the subtotal of your order. Some orders may be subject to shipping, installation, or other fees depending on the details of each specific project.
Date in Hand
If you have a strict deadline, please make sure to fill in this field. All the orders that are entered into our system will follow our standard production turnaround time, which is 5 business days plus whatever shipping method you selected. Please request rush production and rush shipping for a faster turnaround time if necessary, but bear in mind that rush fees will need to be added to your order.
Order Notes
Please fill this out with a full detailed description of your project that will be sent to our design team for processing. Please be as precise and thorough as you can, even if you already communicated with us by phone or email to ensure that your project gets completed as desired. Failure to list all details here may result in unplanned delays or extra proofing/production days being added to your order. Remember, assistance with design questions and file uploading is just a phone call away. Please chat with us if you are unsure at this step.
Shipping Options
All orders of $50 or more will receive free shipping within the United States. For international shipping or projects, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Below are Sticker Genius’ available domestic shipping options:
- First Class 7-10 Day: $5.00 (FREE for orders over $50)
- 2-3 Day Shipping: $10.00
- 1-2 Day Shipping: $40.00
- UPS Or FedEx Overnight: $110.00
At Sticker Genius, we try to make every part of our ordering process as simple as possible for our clients. For your convenience, standard turnaround, rush production, and expedited delivery/shipping options are available upon request.
