If your email address is already registered to an account you will need to log in to view any previous orders. If you checked out as guest, you will need to contact our support staff to have your email address assigned to a new user account, and any past orders linked to the new account before completing the reorder process.

Please follow the below instructions on how to place reorders. Please always include your previous order number in the order notes during checkout. 

If Size or File Has NOT Changed

You may reorder past orders from your account page. When you are viewing previous orders (must be logged in) you will see a button that says “order again”. You will be able to adjust quantity in cart if needed. You may do so after the Order Again button has been clicked then adjust to desired amount, and click the “UPDATE CART” button.

You may add order notes during checkout (such as “this is a reprint, I do not need a proof – please go directly to production”), or even update your shipping address to a new address on the checkout page.

If Size or Print File HAS Changed

You can not place reorders if you are changing either of these items. You will need to start the ordering process over by adding new items to your cart then proceed with checkout.
